WP Rocket Requirements

Please Note: These settings assume the website is using the default slugs for Events and Attendee Registration pages. If those slugs have been changed, they will need to be used in place of the default slugs listed below.

From the dashboard navigate to:
Settings -> WP Rocket -> Advanced Rules

Add the following in the “Never Cache URL(s)” field:

/events/

/event/(.*)

/attendee-registration

/attendee-registration/(.*)

Next go to the File Optimization tab:
Settings -> WP Rocket -> File Optimization

Add the following to all “Excluded CSS Files” fields (if active):
```
/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/(.*).css
```
Add the following to all “Excluded JavaScript Files” fields (if active):
```
/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/(.*).js
```

IMPORTANT: If the customer is using this plugin, they are likely using other plugins from the Events suite of plugins (ex: The Events Calendar). Each of those plugins has files that must be included as well, so if the site has additional Events plugins, please be sure these files are excluded as well:

Event Tickets provides a simple way for visitors to RSVP or purchase tickets to your events. As a standalone plugin, it enables you to add RSVPs or tickets to posts or pages. When paired with The Events Calendar, you can add that same functionality directly to your event listings.

When to Use Event Tickets

Use The Events Tickets plugin when a customer would like a calendar displayed on their site with a directory of all events added as well as the ability to allow registration and RSVP for their events.

Notification(s)

All Event Ticket order processing must be handled through WooCommerce (requires Premium Store plan).
Tribe Commerce is not supported on Event Tickets Plus as it can cause conflicts with WooCommerce.
If Tribe Commerce is active, follow these instructions to switch from Tribe Commerce to WooCommerce.
